Marcjanik Holding S.A. was established as a culmination of Maciej Marcjanik’s business achievements to date and in response to the needs for further development in the RES/ClimateTech sector.
The key task of the holding company is to structure the investment processes and management of its own investments, as well as those carried out under the formula of joint ventures (JVs). We have adequate financial resources and a team of industry and financial specialists managing investments to successfully carry out these tasks.
MH’s portfolio includes RES/ClimateTech ventures at various stages of development (m. data centers, among others), through companies in a dynamic growth phase (E-Way SA), to mature entities with an established market position (PST Projekt Solartechnik GmbH).
