Projekt – Solartechnik S.A. is one of the undisputed RES leaders in the region, focusing on 3 fundamental areas of renewable energy: photovoltaics, wind energy and energy storage. It is a business consistently developed by Maciej Marcjanik since 2009, when the issues of green energy and environmental challenges were not yet as obvious as they are today. In the initial phase, the business was focused on the German market, which was characterized by greater maturity in the regulatory area. Since 2012, activities have also been intensively developed in the Polish market. W 2021 TDJ Group/Grenevia S.A. became a shareholder of the Company, whose capital commitment resulted in further rapid growth in the scale of operations, with 6GW of portfolio projects at various stages of development and more than 0.5GW of built farms in Poland and abroad.

ENSON

A company that designs and manufactures mounting systems for photovoltaics, tailored to the specific requirements of large farms. Established by Maciej Marcjanik in 2021 as a complementary addition to the business carried out by Projekt- Solartechnik S.A.. In 2023, TDJ S.A. became a shareholder in Enson Sp. z o.o. The cooperation resulted in the construction of a state-of-the-art production facility in Czerniewice with an area of 6000m² and a production capacity of 1-1.5GW. Enson assembly systems are sold throughout Europe.
